Terms of Service
Effective May 24, 2026. By creating an account or routing traffic through tokenwisehq.com you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Tokenwise (“the Service”) is an LLM observability and cost-optimisation SaaS. We provide an edge proxy that forwards your requests to LLM providers, logs metadata + payloads, and runs optional caching / fallback / routing rules. We are not a model provider; we transport requests to providers you choose.
2. Plans + limits

We hard-stop the proxy at 120% of plan limit to avoid surprise bills. Upgrade in Settings → Billing any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Route traffic that violates the upstream provider’s ToS.
- Generate or distribute CSAM, malware, or content targeting individuals for harassment.
- Knowingly exfiltrate other users’ data or attempt to break our security mechanisms outside a responsible-disclosure program (email [email protected]).
- Resell raw proxy access as a competing observability product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these in a way we judge serious. We’ll email you before doing so if at all possible.
4. Fair-use proxy policy
The 200k / 2M monthly request caps are real but generous. We’ll reach out before throttling — we’d rather find you a plan that works than cut you off.
5. Billing + refunds
Payments are processed by Polar (merchant of record). Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — you keep access through the period you paid for.
14-day refund:If you signed up in the last 14 days and the product hasn’t worked for you, email [email protected]and we’ll refund your last payment. No form, no friction.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it any time. We do not train models on your data and never share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in Privacy.
7. Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the proxy and 99.5% for the dashboard. Real-time status: tokenwisehq.com/status. We don’t publish SLA credits today; if a meaningful outage hits you, email us and we’ll make it right.
8. Warranty + liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We’re a small team — be reasonable, and we will too.
9. Changes to these terms
We’ll email logged-in users 30 days before material changes. Effective date at the top of this page.
